Create the First Employee

Step 1: Click the HR menu link on the left, this will open User Profiles page

Step 2: Enter Employee Name, and assign them a USERNAME and PASSWORD

Step 3: Assign User Role, and Dashboard Access.

Step 4: Add Contact Info as needed – Email address is useful since it can be used by the employee to recover the login password if it’s forgotten.

Step 5: Based on your preferences, collect Additional Info, Enter Notes and Add an Image.  Then SAVE.

To EDIT an existing employee, click SEARCH and select.
