If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Click the FORGOT PWD? link on the login window
Step 2: Enter your username and click RECOVER. This will generate an email linked to your username*.
Step 3: Click the “Reset Password” link in the email to update your password. Enter / Re-enter new password and click the RESET button.
Now you can log in with your username and new password!
