A transaction can be voided outright within set number of days of when it was made. This period can be set in Settings > Global Settings > Overrides. Default system value is 1 day.
To void a sale, search and open from the Sales Ledger.
Click the VOID button and then OK to confirm.
Voiding a sale cancels out all activity associated with that transaction.
