If you have pre-existing list of customers that you would like to populate into Verve, we make it easy.
- Go to Customers menu and click the Import Customer List button on top-right.
- You can import the data using your own file, or download the template provided and copy/paste your data in the template in the relevant fields.
- Choose the data-file and click Get Data button
- If you are using your own file, map the columns that align with data-field names in Verve
- Click Validate Data and wait while your data is analyzed and uploaded into Verve
- Click Save Data to complete the process
