Any customer information you collect, including complete customer purchase history, is kept in Verve so you can use the data for customer service and analytical purposes.
To view details on any customer, go to Customer menu and search by Customer Name, Mobile Number or Transaction number.
You can view complete customer details and any account related information collected in the first 2 tabs.
In the History tab, all past transactions are displayed
